Marketing To Real Estate Companies

I plan to start marketing to Real Estate companies and am researching what type of products/services agents give as house warming gifts to their customers.

Are any of you current/previous agents? Also, for those of you who have purchased a home, what type of gifts have you received?

    When I purchased a car last I received a gift card to a fine resturant. When I rented offices I received a gift basket of food to share with the office.

    It has been 22 years since I bought my house so I can not remeber, but the resturant is a good idae and I am sure many realitors would do that.

    I am a realtor and I can tell you about some of the gifts I've given to buyers.

    Gift certificates to local restaurants.

    Nice scented candles.

    Lamp Berge - a high end oil lamp which burns a variety of scented oils and makes the house smell nice. Lamps come in many different styles and they can be expensive.

    I've toyed with other ideas...heard of other realtors doing nice personalized gift baskets.
