Ad Space Selling Proposal Emails

Hi, We are having a website on dental insurance www.dentalinsurancehelper.com with a PR of 6 .We are planning to sell ad space in the website at a rate of $25/link/month.What type of advertisers should we target?Also what subject line shd we use to increase the open rate of ad space proposal email?

    I liked your website- especially the whitepaper part.

    You shd first target the usual suspects like insurance providers, dentist/ dental associations, oral care products. Have a section on oral hygiene sponsored by any oral care product. Have a dentist there to answer email queries- all these will drive traffic back to your website and get more advertising revenue.
    Phase 2 should be collaboration for other insurance websites.

    Allow for some co branded promotions on the website too- buy dental insurance through the website and get a hamper of oral care products free!
