    Your post doesn't say why you are asking, what kind of marketing expertise you're seeking, or what industry/category you're in. All of these will be important to know in answering your question with useful information.

    As you know, marketing has many faces. If you want a company that can create consumer advertising in Arabic, that's very different from one that can create a brand franchise in Australia for a Lebanese product, or one that can help with distribution of heavy industrial equipment in South America. You get the idea.
