Anyone Willing To Share Some Great Marketing Ideas??

Hello All,
I have run out of (much needed) good & original marketing ideas and need help. I work for a property management group and we have two apartment properties in a suburb of Orlando, FL. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks in advance...

    create an interesting brochure - illustrations and photos of the property that you are selling - interiors and exteriors - and insert it in a newspaper (local) - to attract the target group you are interested.
