In Need Of Creative Promotional Idea

I am in charge of creating and implementing a promotional campaign for a Dish Network/Direct TV Dealer. Their tag line for the promotion is; "WE ARE FLOODING YOUR AREA WITH SATELLITE TV AND SATELLITE INTERNET." I'm looking for a great idea using water...If we can have a contest, or something having to do with water at their REMOTE or an ongoing, fun, interactive way to get customers into their door with even a prize giveaway...ALL SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

    100 cases of bottled water to 1 winner

    grand prize of a trip to somewhere "splashy" near/on the water ... perhaps a cruise

    10 cases of bottled water to the first 100 new customers

    houseboat use for 2 weeks on nearby lake


    You don't give us any clue as to what country you're in, or who the target audience is, or what success looks like, so it's pretty hard to come up with great ideas.

    Maybe you can step back and give us a proper briefing about your challenge and how you'll know when you have a winning idea.

    How about free tickets to a local water park with a purchase. Kids lovvvvvvvvvvve water parks.

    An event sponsored at a local beach or pool.

    I'm thinking something about Noah's Ark (popular movie right now). Maybe something about getting aboard with Direct TV. Win boating trip tickets in Noah's Ark contest.

    Also, doesn't have to be about water, e.g. floodlights

    Set up a small swimming pool at the remote (get someone who sells them to supply for a plug). Then invite people to come out and enter a contest to see who can stay under water the longest. To be fair, have different age categories,. Winners receive free satellite for a year. Everyone who participates gets first month free. Jocks can talk about winning times to beat in order to drum up participation. Just make sure you have a lifeguard in the pool when you're doing it for safety purposes.

    Give away televisions that were converted to aquariums.

    Have people use a firehose to knock televisions/tv antennas, cable boxes down (and win a prize like at a carnaval).

    Water balloon toss (with a satellite image on the balloon).

    Create a funnelator (slingshot powered by balloons)(https://www.everything2.org/index.pl?node_id=915606). Aim at something to win a prize.

    Thank you to all who supplied me with some great promotional ideas for our campaign.
    I'm here in the USA, New Mexico.
    By the fact that I couldn't really think of anything good with a Tag line with FLOOD in it, (negative) I tend to agree with the second response that Direct TV does go out with too much rain and it would not be a wise decision to highlight that fact in any advertising campaign. Thank you for clearly pointing that out to me... The owner of the company is who thought of the tag, but after showing him the connection he agreed.
    Anyhow, I've decided to play off of Desperate Housewives and do a promo that gives 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes for the winners of the "Desperate For Housewives" photo contest. Radio listeners will log on to the company MySpace account and upload photos of hopeful Desperate Housewives winners and the radio listeners will then pick the winners... Owner loves the idea and says he wants EVA to make an appearance at the unveiling of the winner... that's probably a long shot but sounds like fun...
