Walk Ins N Conversion

hi all! considering the point that its very important to know the conversion that a retail store is having, can anyone brief me about how to go about calculating it if we have complete data of walk ins as i always have dobt to consider average size of ppl visiting store in group. also what is standard conversion in international standards.

    Measure how many people enter the store. Measure how many people buy something. Do this over a period of time and you should have a rough average.

    Of course, things like sales and promotions can make the numbers better. But over a one year time it should all average out.

    thnks! i understnd tht its important for customer to locate the prdct if we want to increase the conversion but i asked the calculation of it as if we take every walk in n calculate it by dividing with bills i get very less value but general size of visitor is more than one in group so should we take calculate average two person/three person in a group.

    hello,
    im currently the student of marketing at local uni. but as far as i knw.u can do one thing which is, make a list of of ur regular contumers and the amount of purcahse they do each time they come, n how often they visit ur store tht will give u rough istimate i hope.cuz sales n promotion thing needs time n exp. so in case ur new tht can b a bit helpfull strategy for u to keep look at ur sales n calculate it
