B2b Article Submission Websites ???

CONTEXT: I am beginning to market an innovative payment plan which will help dramatically help merchants save and convert sales they are currently losing to conventional OAC consumer finance declines.

My audience is B2C retail merchants. Standard article submission websites don't appear to have a this category.

QUESTION: Are there any B2B article submission websites available, which are commercially oriented?

    Rather than posting your article in an article bank, I would encourage you to write the article for submission to B2C magazines. You'll get a lot more exposure. Additionally, consider posting to the target audience's popular blog.

    You know, doing a search for the keyword "articles" in Google can help, believe it or not.

    Or if you have certain niche, "X articles" will bring up sites that publish articles on your topic.
