Check out Marketing Charts, published by Watershed Publishing, which also publishes MarketingVOX and MediaBuyerPlanner:

I like the way their charts are easily ported into presentations/web sites, etc.

    Good luck!

Are you trying to track your own results or show the results that your business achieves? Do you have ad tracking software installed or are you looking for some?

There is a number of links for stats om marcomgeek.com. See if any work for what you need.

Some of our clients use a combination of Google Analytics and contact contact -- Google Analytics is free and Constant Contact is one of the less expensive email tracking programs.

Unless you run your own mail server it is difficult to fully track bounce rates and such - so services like Constant Contact are good for email tracking. Constant Contact has a free 60-day trial, but your contact lists have to be under 100 to use it. The template interface is a bit clunky, but it is fairly easy to use for a non-htmler.

The reports track open rates, click through rates, which links are clicked on, forwards, bounce rates, opt out rates ... etc. There are other features but mostly it's a pretty well-rounded service for basic email traicking and doesn't have any expensive set up fees. www.constantcontact.com

    Hope this helps,

I agree with Jennifer that you would probably want to use a combination of an email marketing service and Google Analytics. Email Marketing services typically track things like open rates (and who opened), click through rates (and who clicked) but conversions are best handled through Google Analytics.

I work for the StreamSend Email Marketing service so you may want to do a free trial of our service and a couple others to compare. I believe most email marketing service offer a free trial so you can evaluate them. Then you can upgrade the free trial of the service you like the best.

As for Google Analytics, I cannot imagine doing online business without it. It is really good. It comes free with Google AdWords or, at least, that is how we get it.

Here is some more information on Google Analytics.

By the way, I looked at the Google Analytics site, and I don't think you even need to have AdWords to use it any more. It looks like a Google account is all you need.
