Creating Consumer Response On Call Center

Hey All,

In what ways we can generate consumer response to our call center. Our clients' products are packaged UHT milk of a renowned brand.

What usefel information can we provide through our call center which can motivate our target market of housewifes so they can call us on our toll free number.

    Have a call-in contest (printed on the side of the milk).

    Solve a puzzle and call to be entered into a chance to win (something)!!!!

    Maybe a play on monopoly. Collect pieces and call to find out if you have won.

    A parent resource such as children's health info that they can call and get "more useful tips."

    Maybe information on healthy, fast, modern recipes.

    Information on why your clients milk is superior

    Perhaps information on hormones/ biotech products or lack thereof that in some way makes housewives want your clients milk

    What is the goal? Lead generation? Do the prospects phone the call center to actually order the product?

    You may need to do an educational campaign about UHT milk (and how it compares to regular milk).

    Main goal of the campaign is to maintain a customer relationship management. You may call it lead generation but it is more focused on maintaining customer loyalty.
    As far as the ordertaking is concerned thats not exactly the case because the product is easily available in market.
