This is a layout Idea for a college web page to sell stuff to students. Do you have any ideas or changes?

    It's quite generic. If the purpose is to sell stuff, then skip the "Welcome to COC" text - show them the stuff that you're selling.

    Contact information should be at the bottom of all pages.

    Simplify your menus: either horizontal or vertical - not both (you're using too much screen real estate).
