New Motorcycle Concept! Need To Reach Upper Class!

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I have developed a new concept in Luxury Custom Motorcycles. This concept has been considered by many industry experts to be the future of the custom motorcycle industry. Nothing currently comes close to this concept. Prices are from 125-250K. The experience of owning one has been described as owning one of todays Supercars but on two wheels. What are the best ways to reach the "gotta have it because no one else does"- upper-class crowd?

First, you need to understand what makes that target audience tick. If you haven't done the basic consumer research on your target audience, you might start there. You can also develop a concept test protocol that will let you know which specific features seem to be most interesting and appealing.

Beyond that, you probably need some professional marketing advice ... a project, we call it ... to begin to develop a strategic marketing plan. There is no simple answer to your question, "What are the best ways ..."

If you're ready for that, and assuming it's really important to you, consider "Hire An Expert." You can post your project by clicking the link at the right called "Post A Project."

    Good luck.

Not only a good marketing firm but to get known quickly spend some money in Search Engine Marketing or Pay Per Click management. You can talk with www.ppcmanagment.com about what keywords/phrases would be best to promote your website to get traffic quickly and effectively to your site.

    I agree with W.M.M.A,

pay per click ads will get you nowhere. This is not an internet play. This is a solid media play.

To build a brand to compete with Harley D takes many years. You need a slow and steady approach. You need major media players. Bike magazines, car magazines, TV shows. All have to show interest.

Your project in itself is already news worthy. get all the free news media exposure and editorial inches that you can and back them up with beautiful magazine ads.

Then you need 1 or 2 big name Hollywood celebs who are serious bike enthusiasts (not posers) but those whom REAL bikers will respect. If you can get a couple of top names to endorse then you start to build credibility that your machine is not just a novelty bike.

If you have the budget - strong placements in a major Hollywood movie such as James Bond 007 will really get you plenty of exposure. it will cost a lot to have your bike worked into the story but it will be money well spent.

The rest you al;ready know. The road trips with all the bike and motor shows etc. etc.

Good luck with this project, I would love to be a part of it :)
