From a strategy perspective, who's likely to be interested in your property? What demographic lives in the surrounding area/community?

I'm assuming you're focused on overseas buyers because you weren't successful selling to Kiwis. Perhaps people aren't buying, but perhaps the price value isn't there for what you're trying to get. As a prospective buyer, I'd see what comparable properties sold for to make sure I was getting a "fair price".

If you have more than one real estate property for sale, I would recommend reviewing www.brokerexec.com for real estate web sites that rank really high in the search engines.

Otherwise, if you only want to sell this property, there are a few other choices. www.christiesgreatestates.com is one of them that is if the property is worth over a million dollars.

Then you have trulia.com, zillow.com and a few others. Try listhub.com as well.
