Popular Restaurant Needs Launch Plan Atl/btl

A famous restaurant chain intends to open shop in a new country. They have approached our agency for a launch plan including atl/btl that would give them an impactful entry into the market. What are the measures that we would have to propose?What are the details that would go into the matter.

    A launch is a very large scale operation that involves marketing efforts in every output that an agency can provide. These outputs include: Web, T.V., PR, Radio, Print as well as building JV Partnerships with influential entities that can help get word out of your launch.

    JV Partnerships can take form with hotels, entertainment groups, radio and anyone else that you can leverage off of their customer base and create a tie-in. As an agency you have the luxury of dipping into your own customers and approaching them with a JV incentive for the restaurant.
