I run the marketing department for a fast growing wholesale mortgage lender who specializes in government and agency products. There have been many changes in my industry which have begun to make it very difficult to drive worthwhile traffic due to industry wide program changes ripping massive amounts of my customer base out from under me. Through all of this we continue to grow and expand at an extraordinary rate, but our retail operations have began to show a slight decline in volume. I used to have to bring in approximately 10 people to close 1 loan and now I have to bring in approximately 45 people to close 1 loan. How do you recommend I advertise in order to bring in better qualified applicants or to increase my inbound calls by nearly 400%?
