Should an CADD Training institute lay more emphasis on ATL activities than BTL activities As the target group is engineering students, Engineers(Architectural, Civil, Mech, & Electrical) Corporates Bulders, Construction Companies etc...

    Depends on where you want to place your resources at? Atlanta would seem to be a cheaper place to operate than Boston. Do some basic research and find out what the census is on Architects and Engineers in each given city.
