Btl Campaign Ideas

Ive been given the task to design a BTL campaign for a company that is looking push its current customers to up trade with them. The ideas I had in mind was a month long PR campaign and a networking event where they invite the people who are already trading with them and open it up to people who would be interested as well.

Now I've decided to give them some other options but I cannot come up with another event idea. It's like a BTL Block or something but I desperately need help since my deadline is approaching at mach 5.

    It's for a courier company which is targeting a very small niche about 4000-6000 people who have been working with the company before but now their trading has gone down by 50% approximately. The people they are targeting are those who made shipments of 20kg and above.

    This campaign is aimed to push these traders to start trading at the same level as before or slightly higher level than what they are now.

    I hope this is more clear and some ideas can be generated.

    Thanks for that clarrification Steve. I've given the ideas for discounts, instant rewards, points for shipping a certain amount etc. and even travel tickets.

    All this is supported by marketing collateral like flyers, banner and even floats. linking it to one theme is turning out to be a small problem :P
