Prom Night Event Organizer

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
We are an event organizer and our upcoming project is to organized prom nights

we need a tagline for our advertisement..

what we have now is these 3 alternative...

1. What do you do after succesfuly
pass the final exam ? Reward yourself with a memorable
prom night

2. What do you do when the school
year is coming to an end ? Celebrate it with style, of course

3. Planning a prom night? Leave it to the expert to
organize a memorable one

which one of the above is most suitable and is there any way that we can improve it ?

Thanks in advance,
Nani

    How about:

    - Too distracted by exams to organise your prom? Leave it to the expert prom planners!

    - keep your head focused on exams, and let us worry about organising your prom night!

    - Focus on your future, while we focus on throwing your memorable prom night!

    Just a few thoughts ;)

In this area it is the parents who do a lot of the work planning and promoting the proms and after-prom events. I would recommend you approach it by relieving the parents from that responsibility.

Go With The Pros! Let us help you plan a memorable event!

Proms and After Prom Gatherings planned by pros - we take the stress and anxiety - not you!

    Good Luck!

Who plans and promotes prom largely depends on the school and its location...When I went to school our prom was planned by our students...and the parents other than telling their kids what to do i suppose had no say...

I would suggest appealing to the school administration...the kids won't want to give up that freedom but you may be able to convince the principals or whoever that its worth the money because it allows the children to focus on exams...in this case i would go with Jeremy's' suggestion

"focus on your future, while we focus on your prom"...

    good luck

Who makes the purchasing decision (school admin?), and who are the influencers (students?)?

I think students would want the idea of the best, most memorable prom they could get (not so much the benefit of being able to focus on studying). So maybe something like "Your dream prom" or "The prom that lives up to all your dreams" or "Over the top proms".

School admins might care more about price and credibility. "Effortless proms for x years", "Memorable proms for memorable students".. something like that...

thank you for all the feedbacks. They are very helpful. I agree that we should approach the administrators and students as the decision maker, generally.

But I was thinking of making the tagline as "a problem and solution" or "question and answer" format. If you may have some thought along that line, it would greatly appreciate it.

you could play up that old saying "you will never remember the test you failed, but you certainly remember the friends you were hanging out with when you should have been studying"

    something like:
"Grades or memories? We worry about the second so you can study for the first"
