    Stacy,
    I like it... I would guess that I fall into the main demographic of your target audience.

    Yet, I didn't feel compelled to do anything. I haven't put my finger on why... maybe you need to put the action oriented points in a standout color - maybe red.

    A small point, the resource tips open in PDF format. I would change that - if for no other reason the web crawlers don't do as good a job on pdf. Plus, I know that I am getting less tolerant of pdf opening pages - just for time sake.

    I greatly appreciate all your advice and ideas. I love the case study idea. It works when I use it for networking purposes; I never thought of using them on my site.

    Very nice, however it lacks style, personality and consistency. I thought at first your low tech styling was for SEO purpose.. but that doesn't appear to be the case.

    You are already a great and consistent blogger so why not capitalize on this talent by moving your site to a blogging platform - Wordpress.

    It's very simple to setup and easy to change the design. So if you get tired of the way it looks, you can change it. Check out www.themes.wordpress.net for ideas.

    Wordpress is a nice Content Management System, so you don't have to worry about making sure each page is formatted properly.

    If the goal of this website os to make it easier for people online to find your business and become a customer of yours, you should run a report with the free SEO tool Website Grader.

    When I run a report I notice a couple things you can improve:
    1) You need to renew your domain for a longer period of time
    2) You need a permanent redirect
    3) Your Page Titles are not optimized for search engines

    You might also check out some free marketing webinars particularly the ones about SEO and Blogging.
