What Would Be The Concerns In Serving My Direct Customers, Ultimate End Users, And Internal Customers (e.g. Senior Management) For Maketing Industrial Products In A Developing Country?

If I am trying to market an industrial product in a devloping country which have PCI of $2,500 or less, what would be the concerns in serving my direct customers, ultimate end users, and internal customers (e.g. Senior Management, Finance, Operations & field) for marketing genernal industrial products?
