Black on blue background (for contact information on footer) is too hard to read.

I was looking through your shed choices. The only way to see the specifics of the various buildings was to click on "BUY NOW"

When displaying your catalog, make sure that the "Sort by" defaults to something other than "..."

I find myself clicking too much to "drill down" into your offerings. If I click on "Products", I'd expect to see a list like in the left column of: https://www.buylifetime.com/Browse.aspx?Catfalog=BLT&Category=outdoorSheds

Since shipping is included on all purchases, have that mentioned in your various banners. It's a unique selling point ("Free Shipping").

I love your tables. Light, durable and affordable. What more can your ask for.

The homepage has a very clean look with sharp graphics. There is a little too much movement for my taste. I think your color palette works well with your logo, etc. It makes it hard to read as I keep getting distracted. Perhaps if the left image below the main banner would be something that let the user scroll through instead of automatically changing. This would allow the user to focus more on the page.

I agree with some of the other posts that you should list the categories under the red sections (i.e. Tables and Chairs). You do it in the drop down menus and that is good so that I do not need to click through another page. You could still offer the overview page as well, but allow people to go straight to rectangular. I think that the drop down menu needs a greater delay before collapsing. It may be difficult for some users to get to the correct tab as is disappears quickly if you are slightly off with your cursor.

Perhaps the Buy Now needs to re-titled to "Offerings" or "Models" or something of that nature. Better yet you might take them straight to the landing page for the Buy Know instead of the anchor in the overview page when someone clicks the category in the menu. Sometimes people would like to see the different models before they buy. The Buy Now implies I am going to start a transaction, which may cause me not to click it.

The footer text in the blue should probably be white instead of black or blue.

Overall it is a nice looking site.

    Good luck,
    Mike

In addition to the other comments, the site is hard to read and much of the text is too small. The pop-up text on the home page buttons is fuzzy. Why not add the different kinds of tables as sub-buttons instead, so I can go directly to the type of table I want?

It's too hard to get back to the home page or another section and the buttons aren't clear. The drop down menus (under products, company, etc.) are hard to read since the background picture shows through. It's also hard to read the gray on gray sub-menus on the tips and solutions page (such as "too many tomatoes").

The site takes a long time to load (and I have a broadband connection). Consumers with dial-up connections may give up in frustration.

Also, your descriptions are too detailed and highlight features instead of benefits (high-pitched roof rather than rain drains off quickly)

The catalog page Jay pointed to is much better. It tells me what you have, it's cleanly laid out, and it gives the sizes of the products.

Thanks so much for helping us out! This was all great feedback, and I selected a few of those who we used the most points from. We are launching another version of the site next week with changes based on your feedback. We are changing buy now buttons to read shop now, making our red tabs more clear to the user, and all the other good ideas are going to be implimented later when we know the best way to go about them.

On July 2, go to www.lifetime.com to see the changes. Thanks again!
