Advertising For Real States Projects

Hello, I work in a Latinamerica advertising agency and I want to get the real states group to design campains for future constructions projects. My dilemma is that I dont know how to talk to them about our work, or get their atention in a e-letter. Please help.

    How about an invitation to a webinar where you can teach them something. Don't give them a sales pitch till they are hooked. Think of it as taking someone out on a date and paying for the meal and drinks. You might even take them to a movie and a stroll in the park first to show them your genorosity. It's not until the 2nd or even 3rd date that you intend to romantically intervene. Think of it like that. Now your marketing.
