Does anyone have any good customer retention software recommendations? Not really looking to break the bank. Thanks for your advise

Hi Brian,

I've heard some really good things about infusionsoft.

Without knowing more of your specific needs (marketing vs. CRM vs. etc.) I can't get more specific.

check out infusionsoft.com though and see if that is the type of thing you are looking for.

Brian,

IMO, software is just a tool. No software is going to help you retain customers unless you have a strategy to retain them.

I would look at the situation from two different perspectives. First, if you are losing customers, do a solid assessment of why you're losing them. That will give you one idea of what you need the software to help you do.

Next, talk to your current customers about how they want to work with you. Your customer base may need an old fashioned self-service portal, they may be interested in forming a community with other customers in a Facebook like environment, or they may just want you to know who they are and have all the details about their account handy the way you can with solid CRM.

Thanks for the input. We are a car dealership, so I was more looking for a follow up tool to help our sales team track thier customers to follow up on. I will check out infusionsoft. Thanks
