Customer Surveys With Loyalty Club Software

I am interested in having small focus groups of people take surveys about their interest in new products, and rewarding people for taking the surveys and referring friends. Basically i could assign point Values for different things (100 points for signing up and filling out demographic info, 50 points for completing a survey, 25 points for referring a friend).

Is there software that will do this? I've looked at a lot of online survey services like zoomerang, surveybmonkey, constantcontact and others, but none of them have a way to track and reward a user's activity.

    A survey is different from a focus group. The first method is usually quantitative in scope while the ladder is qualitative. Once you determine the difference between these two methods then you can properly select the right user software to help you conduct and evaluate data.

    OK, i was unclear. I am trying to give surveys to people and i want a way to encourage participation by creating a reward system. Sorry, it is not a focus group.
