How To Generate Revenues From This Website???

Dear All,

Please visit the following website https://www.lycateleshop.com and give me your feedback on

1.how to enhance the look of the website?
2.How to attract more customers to visit the website and buy the cards online?
3.What are best possible ways to market this website?
4. Any other suggestions related to generate revenues from this website....

Please help on the following as i couldn't perform well in BPO sector, i've been moved to this department, I hope your expertise will help me to build the business.....

    There is no real incentive to sign-up. You have to be explicit with your messages and headlines. Your tagline is great, but so should your copy on your site. It should spell out incentive and opportunity.

    If i'm not sure are you taking about giving away incentives for signing up?

    How do you define Opportunity to the customer, please elaborate, cause i'm pretty new in this sector.

    Make the website more functional. For example, I clicked on the US flag, which took me to the e-shop which required me to click on the "calling from" popup (again). Clicking on the "calling to" popup produced many choices, some of which aren't clear (there are 11 choices for US-related).

    When showing the cards, tell me price/minute and any additional costs (price per connection, pay phone fee, etc.)("fine print").

    It's also unclear if you're providing me me a physical card or just downloadable card. If it's downloadable, then I shouldn't have to provide you with any personal details - my credit card should be sufficient. If it's a physical card, then your home page is misleading "start calling immediately".

    Thank you very much for your input.

    You are right for USA we've got 11 options, price per minute and charges are not clear i agree, i'll try to resolve this ASAP.

    It's definitely downloadable card, we are asking personal details because we wanted build up the customer database for time to time offers.

    It's just a card design we are showing there that's it,
    is it really misleading that we are selling physical cards?

    We are in the age of free web apps and free valuable enriched knowledge. You leverage these incentives by getting people to opt-in to your list. You need to develop a mini-report which compares and breaks down each of the cards and displays which card gives you the best value when calling from country A to country B. The report will have to be non-bias and genuinely help people find the right card wherever they may be at and calling to and from. The report will also have to be quick to read and only viewable by opting into your list. When people opt-in to your list -- you can send them coupons and specials. They become part of your community.

    Hi Levon,

    I guess that's the reason we have 2 drop down boxes for Eg:If a customer is in US and he wants to call UK then he have to select these options from the list and then we display the best possible cards for that destination.

    Coupons and Specials I'm working on that, we are now trying to enhance the website features. Let us see how it comes up.
