Our all-natural, personal care company is looking for a Chicago-based creative agency to design super ads for our upcoming print/online campaign in national beauty/lifestyle publications.     Do you have to limit yourself to Chicago? We are in the age of web conferencing -- seems like you could be pitched over a web conference thus opening up creative talent nationwide.
