Webclipping - Can You Offer Info. On This Company?

Hello,
I am researching services from a company called Webclippings. They manage online PR campaigns, provide detailed tracking and valuation of company mentions, as well as industry/competitor publicity and target market perception, etc.

I am looking for information or a quick critique/testimonial from anyone who has worked with them or is familiar with their services. I'm not sure how much more effective this service would be than using Google Alerts to manage campaigns for specified company names and/or industry terms - and any help provided would be appreciated.

    I haven't worked with them. But the problem with Google Alerts is when you have a volume of clippings - how do you analyze them all? A good clipping service does more then tell you the mentions - it reads them, summarizes them, and gives you an overview of the mentions by categories for easy trend analysis, etc.
