I would like some ideas on how to make my site better..

Also, review of the marketing materials at this link would help me pin point a few areas I might not be getting right on.

    I personally didn't quite understand what you are trying to accomplish....

    I think you need to strengthen your message...

    The link didn't work for me. Login is required.

    However, the home page is excellent. It tells me what I need to know instantly and seeing a video of a used item is a compelling reason to use the site. That's the next best thing to touching it. (Hey that's a good tag line - The next best thing to touching it.)
