I like the way you used people jumping, doing handstands, etc. to give the feeling of movement, without Flash!

Your site doesn't differentiate your business in any way. I took a brief look and couldn't tell that small businesses were your target.

When you list your clients, say what you did for them and what difference it made.

Seriously, if you are not out thier walking the pavement talking to perpective clients (and doing cartwheels) then what message are you sending to your clients ?(we are office bound-look at our website).
Nothing grows business than word of mouth- go get in someone's mouth (so to speak)

Start with your past clients, and ask for referrals.
Volunteer with local non-profits to build up local reputation.
Find other marketing firms to team up with.

Whenever I have a dilemma I ask myself, "What would I do if a client asked me the same question?" As a marketing/PR firm, what would you tell your own clients to do if they said they were a small start up business that needed to add new clients?
