Website Review And Feedback !

Hello everyone

I want to have a review of our company website: [inactive link removed]
We are laying plans to improve its visibility and increase customers to place there ads.
Please help me with the expert comments.

Any other comments about any other aspect of the website are welcome.

    I would differentiate yourself as a Kuwait site at the top and focus on Kuwait.

    The homepage is a little too busy for my liking. There are so many menus and lots of text. You may want a little cleaner more graphic entry page. I know that goes against some of what this site is about.

    I agree with Levon that there should be more indication that it is Kuwait, although once I figured it out I think your domain name is very clever.

    any more suggestions, basically our objective is to attract companys to place there banner ads on our site but unfortunately we are not getting a good response can you help us in this regards as how to attract more and more companys to place there ads on our site. thanks in advance

    Does the site already have analytics to measure traffic? If not, add (for example, Google Analytics). Advertisers want to know how many people are visiting your site and you need proof.

    I would target companies for ads for specific categories. For example, Jobs (recruiters), Automobiles (dealers), computers (IT support and sales), etc.

    As for site design, you might want to compare/contrast with craigslist (www.craigslist.org), which has a similar website purpose (except no banner ads).

    yes we do have our web statistic reports taken out on a regular basis and i should say that we have a decent amount of hits and more over since the site inception in march'08 we have more than 12,000 subscribers. and usually our sales team present this fact sheets to the clients but unfortunately having a decent list of subscribers and hits people are not placing there ads, and i cant figure it out why ? please suggest

    thanks, yed we are trying to work on the graphic interface of the site to make it look more attractive

    good idea for the gossip column, and yes we send email shots to all our subscribers for any latest entry of the classifieds.
