Need Help For Catchy Signs

I'm just opening a brand new community of 170 homes
I'd like to do something different in terms of signage before the entrance. I was thinking of maybe a series of 5-6 signs that convey the message. The message is that we're now open, we have a decorated model home open 7 days a week and we've sold 10 since May in a down market. Any ideas or comments? Color suggestions?

    Use "feather flags" in a couple of bright colors. They're not only pretty, but get attention in the wind.
    Maybe you could use kites or balloons too.
    Your messaging could be more like "Welcome to your new home" or "Making dreams come true."

    I would just go with "Welcome Home" it conveys to the potential buyer that they are welcome to get comfortable and check out your houses. If you decide to go with the 5 or 6 different signs then talk about the outstanding school system in the area, the attractions that the housing development is close to, somethings that are within walking distance of the development.
