Need Company To Make Odd Marketing Product

We have an idea at our company and we don't know what compnies to contact in order to make it happen. The product will be very small and consist of a small clear plastic bag about 1 inch by 1/2 inch. Inside will be a thick piece of paper with words on the front and back. Any ideas as to what kind of company could make this sort of odd thing?

    I think the best get will be to start with a printer and see if they know anyone that can seal the item in a bag for you. I think it will pobably take two vendors, a printer and a packager. The printers seem easier to find so start with them.

    You could also package them yourselves as doing a quick search there are many companies that sell rolls of bags and sealers that allow you to make the bags to any length. Here is one company, https://www.interplas.com/

    There are also many online promotional companies, www.inkspress.com is one. I would call some of these companies and pose your question. I am sure some of them can point you in the right direction.
