Texas Marketing Firms?

Our college, Northwest Lineman College (lineman.edu), will be opening a branch campus in Texas next year. I need to locate a marketing firm that can help promote the college in any way possible. The average age of our students is 24. We train electrical lineworkers to build, operate, and maintain the high voltage power delivery systems in the US. Very exciting, high pay, etc.

We will be locating somewhere between Dallas and Austin, so firms in either of those areas seem logical.

    I think Randall's company could be perfect for this assignment, but not because he's located in Texas.

    You need a professional marketing approach, and perhaps a general familiarity with marketing educational institutions. That's much more important than where a consultant or marketing agency is located.

    If you limit your search to those companies located in/near Austin or Dallas, or even in Texas, you'll miss dozens of highly qualified and potentially great candidates with the right experience and credentials.

    Go for the marketing expertise you seek. Don't worry about where the individual or firm lives/pays taxes.

    Figured this group would have professional experiences with marketing firms in those areas and be able to make recommendations. Perhaps should have made that clear as I thought it would be obvious.

    Ok...I happen to live in Texas as it is noticed by many companies here we put out bids for companies to answer and it would be good if you located it arond Temple Texas and we do have rules in Texas and the staff member needs to see what those rules might be as we are poticular with what goes on in our back yard. As far as the guy being obnoxious some times people in Mr.Howell line of work , do get stressed out and sometimes has more going than they might like on their plate. Corpus might help to look at too. I hope to help your schooling or business strive. Have a good week and hope this helps. I also think it good to find fresh places to look outside of dallas because it gives one a challenge and a new avenue when next time needed.
