10th Anniversary - Employee Newsletter?

Posted by Angi.Bowman on 125 Points
I'm in a small marketing department of a commercial GPS company (www.POINT-Inc.com). Next year will be our 10th Anniversary, and I'm looking for some ideas for our employee newsletter.

Ideas we used this year and have been advised to avoid next year:
1) Quiz
2) Past-pictures of the employees who have remained with the company and their memories
3) Company timeline, though very limited

Could someone please assist me with other features that could be used?

This newsletter is ONLY for employees; we have three other newsletters for customers and our dealers.

Funny, I just did a 10th anniversary campaign. We did a time capsule with some of the old technology relating to our business (mobile phones). I'm also doing something similar to Harley Davidson's "Write Your Own Rally Cry" campaign (google it to see it - it's pretty cool). I'm creating a fill-in-the-blanks corporate "rally cry" for employees to personalize. The winning entry will get a prize. The rally cry will be very brand-specific. Also, how about a story on your biggest milestones as a company? Maybe a link to a podcast that includes some snippets from your founders, select employees, etc?
