Sourcing Website Templates And Ability To Build

Hi all,

Does anyone know a good site that allows you to:
1. purchase a website template
2. populate the site with your own content (via their site)
3. Use your own URL

I've found some great templates online, but most require technical ability to build.

It's for a very simple website.

    Google offers something that works pretty well.

    I have an associate who sells low cost web sites as you describe - pick a template (from over 800), comes with a backend tool so you can edit your own content (as easy to use as Word), lots of good tools to link in like forms, directions, a simple shopping cart, photo galleries, etc. Contact me via email off-forum and I'll send you a price sheet with contact info.
