My first impression is that I am overwhlemed with ads. I would reccomend cutting down on the numbr of ads.

It feels like there is too much text on the page and not enough "whitespace" or images. You may want to place some images on at least the home page. Many reasonably priced images are available at www.istcockphoto.com. At a minium I would place sime nice images in the header.

In Internet Explorer 7 the search box is cut off (fine in FireFox).

Clicking off your home page brings to pages created with a different template. Keep your site's theme consistent.

Your main menus aren't clear/consistent. Have pages about you/your business, not links to Facebook & Blogger.

The home page should be simple. Keep your text to a minimum, but support your name/tagline. How specifically can you make extra money online in Pakistan?

Sorry, but this isn't good. First, I have no idea what I should be doing. What is the main priority of the page?

Someone already mentioned the issues with the boxes cut off in IE, plus a number of the lines which should created boxes don't intersect. Just some bad HTML programming causing alignment issues.

This is extremely busy and makes me want to click away as soon as I get there. It looks and feels like every spam site I've ever mistakenly arrived at.

The reverse print banner at the top and on the left side is horribly distracting, plus you have too many ads. Is the primary purpose of the site to get revenue from affiliate advertising, or do you have a product or service to sell? I can't really tell.

As I take another look, it appears that everything article you've posted is just a rewritten ad for the same product.

The design is overwhelming and hard to follow. You need some images or white space for the eye to rest on, and you need to create a primary focus, so I'll know why I'm supposed to be there.
