I think most of this content belongs on a press release/news page. I don't see why your customers would be interested in reading this information on a regular basis. Seems as if perhaps you are doing it just for the SEO?
Even though you have a unique URL, I find the super-simple Blogger template (especially the bar at the top) very distracting and unprofessional (read: cheap). I'm not familiar with Blogger's capabilities, but take the time to build a custom look (if Blogger doesn't offer that, WordPress--which is open-source software-- does).
    Good luck!

Who is your target audience? I can't tell.

Once they reach your site what do you want them to do?

Why would they want to read your blog or answer your survey? (what's in it for them?)

Are the books you're giving away (in return for the survey) desirable? Why not put that at the top right?

There are too many things going on... the location poll, the chiropractic links, the news feed.

    Why the Spanish post???

    Why the ezine article widget?

    It's all very confusing!

If your site it B2C, realize that people aren't searching for DRX9000 spinal decompression machines. They're searching for pain relief.

If your site is B2, then focus on why a chiropractor should pay the $ for your machine. What's the benefit to their patients? What's the ROI on the machine?

What's there currently is just product news that could go on your site. As well the writing style is too much like sales and marketing-speak. Be more personal and informal.

Here's a good place to start. Take your FAQs, the questions you always get asked by your customers, and answer them blog-style. What's blog-style? Generally speaking, it's writing in the first-person with a more casual voice. For example:

"A lot of people have been asking me about XYZ, and really it's very simple. We blah blah and blah, so all you have to do is blah."

Finally, don't be afraid to use the blog to admit mistakes and respond to criticism. The real power of a blog is to let your customers feel they have a pipeline into the heart of the company. It's an open dialogue, so open the door wide and conversation begin - warts and all.

    Best of luck.

    Great posts everyone!!

I see your rationale and I thank you for your questions/feedback.

This industry is quite unique in many ways I cannot disclose in a public forum.

    I can tell you this.

Our audience may be existing clients (physicians), prospective clients, investors, government officials, previous patients, potential patients or others.

It is not your clean cut B2C, B2B or Lead Gen scenario, but rather a mixture for the time being.

A news source blog covering all aspects of the treatment and technology.

International decision makers may not be physicians.

I thank you all for your valuable time!!

Please continue to post your thoughts.

The color of the font for the dates makes the text barely noticeable on the background. I would change the template to have a different color.

The entire blog reads more like a product website than a blog. You might want to add general articles that are not directly related to the product. Perhaps you need to find someone who can write or provided some best bratices or techniques. You already have a product website so I would spend more time offering helpful information instead of product information. The idea is to generate some interest that links back to your company site.

The link to the company site was a little difficult to find and not very clear.

I would encourage you to post more stuff like Dr Charlotte and less of the marketing details.
