Universally Acceted Voice Over

Looking to pitch a brand (no specific product yet) with a voice over and am looking for a universal voice, dialect or accent that is attractive to kids age aged 6 to 16. GEICO has the lizard with the English accent and I am thinking of doing like Brazilian. Also, should the voice be a male or female voice? Thoughts?

    The key thing about accents is that they can be a fantastic sale tool that speaks to the entire english speaking world in an unique way.

    I am an award-winning voiceover artist and I work in over 25 different accents, and I am frequently hired by international companies to voice their promotional, corporate and other material.

    The most important thing to bear in mind, is to make sure that whatever accent you choose, that North Americans can understand it easily!

    if they can, and I make sure all of my accents are understandable in that way, - you're on to a good thing.
