Letter Of Appology

if any body can help me to writte a formal letter of appology to my client without giving him any notice of our increase charges.

    Do you mean a letter of apology about something in the past--not giving him notice of your increased charges? (Prices went up, and you did not disclose that?)

    That would make sense. If you are apologizing for charges going up in the future, then I agree with my colleagues who have given you some strong insight.
