www.lineman.edu is the Northwest Lineman College site. We are targeting a varied audience, in that, we provide training to entry level students in the power delivery industry, as well as distance learning and customizable training for large municipalities. We also sell safety and training products throughout the industry. The challenge is appealing to all of those customers, really B2B and B2C on the same site.
I would like to redo the site and am looking for any input about our current web presence . I am particularly interested to hear feedback on the Product portion and welcome any examples of outstanding product sales websites. Thanks for your help!

I think you need to install a button that leads companies to the products and services that are designed for their organizations.

By doing so you will be competing with for-profit organizations whose delivery mechanism may be better than your own. I suggest you come up with reasons why these companies should select you.

BTW, if you would like some advice in attacking the market, Industrial and Utility Electrical organizations are one of my specialties.

I'd suggest making the home page simpler (fewer words using larger type size) and trying to segment the reader based on their interest/needs.

On your products page, if you only have 4 featured products, don't bother to try to sort them.

The right sidebar needs some space from the rest of the content.
