    Here's a few suggestions:

1.Scrollbars for people whose screen resolution is not as high as yours.

    2. Indicate that your business plan is a PDF, and open it in the same window as your site.

    3. Make your Contact Us page open in the same window as your site.

    Decent site.

PLEASE let people know when they are going to be opening a .pdf document when clicked. For Firefox users like myself, .pdfs can give us trouble, freeze our systems and shut things down do to compatibility.

Put (.pdf document) like that in parenthesis.

Also, your entire site should never be in flash unless you understand and know extremely advanced SEO techniques. Search engines can't read or follow flash files, and all text is read as images.

You need meta tags, descriptions, page title changes, etc. as well.

As Kevin mentioned, if your site is entirely Flash, the content will be basically invisible to search engines.

The the gray color of your content text isn't as crisp as it could be. Make your text blacker for ease of reading.

As other's have mentioned, Flash web sites in general are not a great idea. The are are some useablilty issues, but the biggest is you will not get picked up in search results. We are assuming that you would like people to find you on the web. There are many cool things you can do with html and css.

My browser blocked both your contact form and your business plans as I block pop ups. That can be an issue as you open things in a different browser window. This may cause some people to not make it to these pages. In general, I would not open a new browser page as long as you are still in the site.

As Kevin mentioned, you will want meta-tags, especially a description. This is what is used as the description in a Google search results page. Google also uses this to some extent when calculating page ranking and thus deciding whether to display your site in search results.

I would suggest adding contact information: phone number, email and physical address in the footer of every page. I am always leery of sites that don't make it obvious of how I get in touch. I think in your business people will want to call you on the phone. I personally would not provide the information that you ask for on your contact page with not knowing who you are or your contact information. Why would I give my contact information to someone who will not share theirs?

    Hope this helps,
    Mike
