Marketing Idea For Farming A Neighborhood

I'm trying to figure out a tagline or idea for a mail out that I want to do for me (a real estate agent) and another real estate agent with the firm. We're teaming up to farm an area in Naples, FL. We're both in our early 30's so we're trying to go for something "fresh" and "energetic". I grew up here - high school and university, and she just moved here a few months ago. The neighborhood does have docks where you can have a boat, it's young families. We'll be taking pictures of us w/ the neighborhood sign and w/ us on the dock. We don't have a boat so we can't do that. I just need help for ideas for our 1st mailing to get noticed and get listings.

    You could take pictures of well-known and not-so-well known spots around town, with the headline: "We Know Everything About Naples".
