What specifically are you asking help for?
Is this basically a video billboard, or something else?

    Dear Seabe

Like Jay, I’m a little puzzled.

Do you mean the plasma screens found in modern car dashboards for GPS navigation and the car’s instruments?

If that is the case, how are you going to communicate with them? Bluetooth? In-Car Mobile phone integration?

If you mean using plasma screens instead of billboards at the side of the road, you have a problem. The largest plasma screens available are those used for screening sports or rock concerts and they cost $100,000 upwards. Even these are probably too small to be useful as a billboard. Remember that billboard advertisers on a highway base the idea of getting their message across in about 5 seconds, so the sign needs to be readable from about 100 meters or 300 feet at around 30 mph.

If you are referring to the in-car plasma screens (They are actually almost exclusively LCD rather than plasma, but what the heck!), there are strict laws concerning reading them or looking at them whilst the driver is in motion. DVD players and in-car TV screens must not be visible to the driver. Same thing goes for GPS maps – they must have an audible set of instructions. You cannot read the instructions whilst you are driving and hope to keep either your life or your license.

Tell us exactly what you intend and maybe we can be of assistance.

Are these LCD displays that passengers in cabs (taxis) will be viewing? If so what is your question? How to get cabs signed up? How to get advertisers?

    We need more information.
