Ctr, Cta, % Commission Earned On Sale

I am trying to find out what is the wellness/ health industry standard for click through rates, click to action rates.
It would also be very helpful if you could provide the standard % commission earned on sale and average price of shopping basket.

    To be more specific, I would like to focus on diet websites or healthy recipe websites (e.g. epicurious, weight watchers, ediet...). I know a lot of them are private but even for the public ones I'm not able to find these figures.

    Even though standard rates don't really exist, there should be some average data. I'm just trying to forecast what would be the sales referral revenue of my website no matter the content of the ads. By the way I'm advertising cookbooks and organic healthy food in this website
