I do PR for an educational program in Kentucky that teaches Televimmunications Systems Management. Any tips about marketing education as your product?

Should be the same as marketing any other goods or service, with the exception that you are tring to fit bums to desks. I think marketing education has more incommon with selling conferences and training sessions. You might want to look at how those industries promote themselves and adapt for your use.

You can include an inexpensive item with a mailer piece.

For instance, a well designed flyer or postcard that explains your program and something tangible with a long shelf life like a wooden ruler with your logo imprinted on it. "How Do We Measure Up?" etc...I have access to thousands of such items that are inexpensive and can be mailed...

Contact me directly if you'd like to brainstorm!

I would think that a slick dvd would appeal to a telecom student.
