I am fairly new to the industry and would like some advice on how to generate more clients and also some advice on pricing.

I would distribute something like a photo frame magnet (inexpensive, flat and can be mailed) that homeowners will keep around for awhile.

Photo frame magnets are great because they appeal to everyone and your contact information will be in front of them everyday!

Network, network, network. Find some groups you can attend regularly and get to know the members. Ask for referrals. Join a referral network like BNI or LeTip and use the power of the group to drive business to you.

A direct mail campaign can keep your name in front of potential clients year round if done properly. Consider calendars, post cards, etc.
