You're getting traffic, but the traffic isn't converting.
It could be: the keywords you're targeting, your website copy, or your website's appearance. To start with, ensure that your Adwords ad matches the landing page in content. The surest way people leave is when the click doesn't result in what they were expecting. Next, split-test your PPC. Find out what works better. Also, split test your website copy.

Finally, realize that not everyone has used electronics for sale. Give them a reason to come back/register with you. Each month, perhaps offer higher payments, contests, etc.

Jay is correct. There are several things that could be causing a high bounce rate. I think one of the biggest is to have keywords that are attractive to people that will not become clients. It is important to select key words that attract the RIGHT people, not just people. Remember, the goal is not to get lots of visits, but lots of sales. This is done by closely examaning your key words and your related ads. Be sure that the ad is very clear about what you do/offer. You do not want people to click on your ad if you know they will not take advantage of your service. There are many examples of companies out there that are just trying to get clicks, but not necessarily sales. You want to spend your ad money wisely by getting follow through on these clicks.

The other thing you can do is optimize the landing pages. I say pages as there is a good chance you will want different pages for different ads. One of the great things about Google Adwords is that you can have different ads for different keywords and point them to different web pages. Make sure your landing page (the page your add links to) is very realted to both the keyword and the ad. People will not stay or participate if they feel the page they ended up on is not related to what they are searching for. Thus the keywords, ads and the "landing page" all need to be designed to work well together to assure the correct people click your ad and then participate in a transaction.

Thank you a lot for your advice. Me and my partner have actually decided to start all over again. First off the design of the website was not attractive at all. I think it was too 90's. Also, the name of the domain was obvious enough to understand what the company does, but we have decided to change it for a more appropriate one, a brand a name. On top of this I didn't know this much about keywords and PPC. We will definitely apply this techniques.
So we are working on this new website now. I can let you know when my website manager uploads the progress so you can advice us. I think that would be a great help. Again, thank very much for your support.
