Know-How Exchange : Advertising/PR

I'm due to open a secondhand clothes boutique soon and wondered the best way in which to advertise & Market my shop. As it will be in a shopping arcade l will competing with other well branded clothing stores so l need to 'stand out from the crowd'. Unlike these shops l won't be doing sales either due to the secondhand prices on offer already so lakso wondered if customer loyalty schemes have ever been successful for apparel shops.
