Death is a very sentimental issue. You need to tap into people's sentiments. How? Start volunteering and getting involved in activites in your town. Lend a listening ear and try to be like a good friend/advisor/neighbour whom people can come to with their problems...etc.. BUT, do so geniunely. This will build the emotion part.

For service: Small sweet things matter. For ex: someone that lost their uncle, bring them a nice motivational/spiritual book or something touching to bring them comfort. Be accomodating. Be resonable with your prices and think of it is a service as supposed to a money making machine.
