I am a new hip restaurant & bar. I am rolling out sushi next week along with lunch. What r some innovative & inexpensive ways to get the word out?

    I would suggest: create sushi samples, dress in a kimono, bring your business cards and dish them out in the areas where your lunch customers are. Make sure you ask them not only to taste, but also have them then commit to visit you with friends or colleagues. Small chance they will say 'no' and a good chance they will actually turn up. Possibly you might even give them a 10% discount if they turn up with your business card (which you might need to mark especially for the purpose).
