    See below.

    - The landing page is too white, empty and fuzzy

    - Headers image text is out of focus. Make sure you use high definition text

    - Make sure headers through the whole website follow the same allignment and format

    - Though it is good to use different colours to differentiate the headers, keep the descriptive text in one single color (possibly black or grey)

-If you use Ads-by-google, make sure it's visible and not hiden.

    Best of luck,
    Davide

Make sure it's immediately clear who your target audience is. In this case it would appear to be clients in UK.

Because care homes/child care are very different markets, make it clearer with visuals for each choice.

Make it transparent what your organization is offering - a review/rating service - and why they should trust you (Are you being paid by the facilities? Can anyone post comments?)

Add web analytics to measure traffic.

The home page is too white and washed out. The Where For Care Care Homes rectangle and the Where For Care Child Care rectangle both gave me the impression that they are a button, but they are not. I didn't notice the "visit" up in the corner at first, so it was confusing. I would make it more apparent where to click.

In each section (care homes, and child care) the text on the top navigation buttons run together and is very hard to read. The blue on white on blue is especially hard on the eyes. The page is too busy. You have two different logon sections, two different searches, (until I go to the "search" page, which gives me yet another type of search). I'm not sure where to look to find what I need. You need to simplify the page, put the most important information where it is easily accessible, and cut down on the clutter.
